WHMCS does not have a inbuilt module for those wishing transaction fees to be moved to clients dependant on gateway used. Currently there are some modules which cost up to $60 per month for this. There is an easy way! You do require some code however not much. Contact us for a once off setup fee and instruction manual for $40 US.

The process basically if you wish to know a hint :-

You create a level one tax rule for the "OTHER " country OTHER THAN THE COUNTRY YOU CURRENTLY HAVE SET for current customers (Say Angola) for example
You create a level 2 Tax rule with the fee you wish to add.
Apply the level2 rule to the THE "OTHER" COUNTRY (Angola)

Change the client who uses the credit card to the OTHER COUNTRY (Angola)

The client will now be charged the level 2 rule ( the transaction fee you created 1.75%)

As you can see that may be a little messy and if the client logs in and see the country is incorrect he may change it back.

So there is a little sun at the end of the tunnell.
