MYOB Account Right user set to "Inactive" and selection is Greyed Out

One or more of the users in the User List in MYOB is "Inactive" and the Inactive selection box is greyed out so as to prevent you from making the user active once again.

This occurs after an upgrade,

The error occurs because the user is an Administrator and all previous users become inactive when the new Administrator system comes into place. Removing or changing the Inactive person from an Administrator to another type allows you to make them active again and reinsatate admin rights.

 Process:-

Login as the administrator user,
Go to Manage Online access,
Select the user which has the issue.

Give the user the banking role, or any role you wish as long as you remove the administrator role from the user.

The Inactive user area will now become selectable.

Make the user Active,

Add roles as required , give them back Administrator rights as you wish.
