MYOB / SERVICEM8 CONNECTOR

When using the ServiceM8 MYOB connector wizard you are able to get most of the way through, you log into MYOB and then you must autenticate, But at this point Authentication fails, with error "Username and or Password Incorrect" after trying a few times the error is " Unable to connect to MYOB" If this continuse , please try again later and / or contact support"

The first set of authentication is to log into my.myob.com account.  Usually an email / password login combination.

The second authentication is for the company file.  Usually the suername (Administrator- user 1 Etc) and a password

Most common mistake is to use both email and password combinations for both sections of the login. 


ServiceM8 shuld probably make this a little clearer within the wizard, stating in one section :- "This is your my.myob account username and passord" and in the other section :- "this is your Myob file username and password"
