Thunderbird email Problem, Cannot send mail , Peer Using Unsupported Version November 2020

Can not send mail after update ver78 SOLVED: caused by TLS

Open Thunderbird, Richt click at top of menus bar and select Menu Bar to expose menus, 

Click Tools,
Click Options,
Scroll, to bottom and click Advanced,
Select continue when prompted you will lose the Warranty,
 "As if you ever had warranty on Thunderbird"
Type in the search bar "security.tls"
double click the line security.tls below when found,
edit the number from the default three to 1 or 2 for the required security level. 1 works with all but obviously is less secure.

restart thunderbird, you should be back in action.
